Window / Marketing QR

For the window, tables and flyers — the new-customer QR. Someone without Telegram lands on your page with a one-tap “Get Telegram” button. It doesn't stamp — collecting happens at the counter.

Your Business QR

Your main QR — put it on the counter, window, tables, flyers. Customers scan it to open your page, and (if visit loyalty is on) it stamps their card.

App inbox

Post anything, anytime — it lands in your app's Inbox instantly. Unlimited (broadcasts to chat are capped; this isn't).

Edit Details

Use the toolbar to add bold, italic, links, lists. Customers see this near the top of your page.

When you visit openlocally.com/business-login on a desktop browser, enter this email — we'll send you a 6-digit code in Telegram.

Your Loyalty Stamp QR

Print this and stick it somewhere at your till — ideally out of public view. When a customer buys something and you're ready to reward them, just let them scan it with their phone camera. Their loyalty card updates instantly and they show you a confirmation screen.

Reward Settings

Run a visit card, a purchase card, both, or neither — each keeps its own stamps.

Unlocks a smaller reward midway (e.g. a free upsize at stamp 5) without resetting the card — the stamps keep going toward the final reward. The bonus stamp shows as a gold star on the card.

For "buy 9, get the 10th free" cards: the card shows the reward as a green circle after the stamps. When the card fills it stays put ("ready"), and the reward is only redeemed (and the card reset) on the customer's next counter scan — so staff scan it to hand over the free item. Pair with "no limit" stamps so a multi-buy can complete in one visit.

Reach more people Wider reach

Your story article Premium

The longer feature piece shown in the Guide section of your page. We write one for you from your website and reviews — edit it here or replace it with your own words.

Up to 15,000 characters — roughly 2,500 words. If we've already written one for you it appears here in full; edit it or replace it entirely.

Monthly report Premium

On the 1st of each month a summary of your numbers — visits, new loyalty members, rewards redeemed, review taps, broadcast reach — lands in your Telegram automatically.

Nothing to set up. Connect Telegram in Edit Details (on the Your listing tab) if you haven't already, so the report can reach you.

Your events Premium

Quiz nights, live music, tastings — upcoming events show at the top of the What's on section on your page. Past dates hide themselves automatically.

Social & review rewards Premium

Turn followers and Google reviews into loyalty stamps. These use the same loyalty card your customers already carry.

One-time reward per platform per customer when they tap your Follow button in the app.

One-time per customer. Google can't confirm the review was posted, so this rewards the tap-through — keep the reward small.

Customers can share you with a mate after every stamp. This pays out only when that mate walks in and collects their first stamp — never for the share itself. Once per pair of people.

An instant thank-you for the share itself — before the mate has even opened it. One-time per customer; keep it small, it rewards the share, not a visit.

Customers who share their birthday in the app get a message from you on the day with this treat. Once per customer per year.

Walk-in queue Premium

Customers join from your page or QR. Tap Next when you're ready for them — they get a message instantly.

Spin the wheel Premium

A weighted prize wheel customers can spin once per day. Set the prizes and how often each is given.

Pub quiz Premium

A weekly table quiz that runs itself. Customers scan the table QR, answer this week's 10 questions on their phone, and land on your venue's leaderboard. Same questions for everyone all week, fresh set every Monday — no host needed. You put up the prize and award it to the top of the leaderboard.

Your own bingo Premium

A bingo card just for your business. Your customers get a card of numbers, and one number is drawn every night — but the five squares down the middle only clear when they actually do something: follow you, review you, buy something, come back in. Fill the whole card to win the prize you put up. It runs itself, and the nightly number brings them back to their phone every day.

Pace — how fast the round runs

A card holds numbers drawn from 75, one a night, so a round runs a couple of months. That's on purpose — people come in once a fortnight, and you want the footfall spread out. If you'd rather it moved quicker, drop more numbers a night.

An extra number drops the moment you hit each of those. Worth setting: every player you bring in speeds up everyone's card, so it gives your regulars a reason to drag their mates in.

You'll get a preview before anything goes live to customers.

Custom buttons Premium

Add up to 4 buttons that appear on your page (newsletter, booking, ordering, etc.).

Branding Premium

Your tagline, accent colour and theme — shown on your app-style page.

Mini app — launch & views

How your business opens in the bot. Two looks: the button app or the classic website page.

Promotions

Promotions are cross-business programmes run by Open Locally — town-wide events, featured placement, and seasonal competitions across the directory. You opt in per programme, they're built to put new customers through your door, and registering interest is free and non-binding.

Town scavenger hunt

Run your own bingo
$99 / round

The same game Open Locally runs across the city — but it's yours, with your name on it and the venues you pick. Get a few businesses together, each puts up a prize, and customers have to visit every one of them to fill their card. Great for a club, a fundraiser, or a street of shops who'd rather send each other trade than compete for it.

One payment per round, not a subscription — a round has an end, so a monthly bill makes no sense. Most organisers charge their venues for a square and clear the $99 on the first one. Round one is free while we're getting the first few off the ground.

Find a venue's ID on its Open Locally page. We'll swap this for a picker — for now, paste the ID.

Nothing goes live until you've previewed it and pressed start.
